Starting from scratch, he founded several companies including Shenzhen Xianbang Chemical Co., Ltd., Chongqing Wanlikang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Chongqing Haokang Pharmaceutical and Chemical Group Co., Ltd., and Kopper Chemical Industry Corp., Ltd., possessing over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. He is never conservative, constantly achieving breakthroughs in his career while continuously innovating management concepts and operating models. He is familiar with the entire business chain from R&D, production, and procurement to sales, and has outstanding leadership and rich corporate management experience. His contributions and leadership in the hydrometallurgy industry are widely recognized. He has won numerous honors, including the Chongqing Science and Technology Expert, Chongqing Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent, Chongqing Advanced Individual in Science and Technology, and Top Ten Private Entrepreneurs in Chongqing.

She possesses strong macro-strategic thinking and keen business acumen, is resolute and decisive, has 21 years of experience, and has rich theoretical and practical experience in enterprise management and public affairs. Graduated from the College of Chemistry, Sichuan University, senior engineer, PhD candidate in Hydrometallurgy at Central South University, member of the Chinese Society for Metals. Expert in hydrometallurgy, with long-term engagement in R&D of mining chemicals related technologies such as metal solvent extraction, mineral flotation, acid mist suppression, and the compounding technology of special functional materials. Possesses rich management experience in product R&D, production, procurement, storage, and safety and environmental protection. Joined Kopperchem team in 2012. During this period, presided over the R&D of a series of metal extractants, led the team to overcome many technical difficulties. As the leader of the Chongqing Innovation and Entrepreneurship Demonstration Team, presided over or participated in six national or provincial and ministerial scientific research projects. Published 16 professional technical articles in core journals or international conferences, including 8 SCI papers, and obtained 17 authorized patents. With nearly 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, he has held important positions in several large medical and chemical enterprises, presided over numerous national-level technology research and development projects, and has extensive experience in chemical synthesis and project management. He has published more than 10 papers and conference abstracts and obtained 3 invention patents. In May 2013, he joined Kopperchem, led the team in improving the synthesis process, achieving significant breakthroughs in product yield and quality, and the multiple new products he spearheaded filled the domestic gap, laying a solid foundation for the company's products to quickly seize the international market.
Graduated from the Polymer Synthesis Department of Chengdu University of Science and Technology, senior engineer. Previously held an important position at a large state-owned chemical enterprise. He has nearly 35 years of experience in R&D, production, safety and environmental protection, and engineering construction. He has in-depth understanding and rich practical experience in the research and development of phosgene derivatives, mining chemicals, and special functional chemicals, and is a rare versatile talent. Joined Kopperchem in 2010, presided over and completed the construction of the production plant, led the team to complete the research and development of several new process technologies, published more than 10 papers, and obtained 2 invention patents.
