Starting from scratch, he successively founded Shenzhen Xianbang Chemical Co., Ltd., Chongqing Wanlikang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Chongqing Haokang Pharmaceutical and Chemical Group Co., Ltd., Kopper Chemical Industry Corp., Ltd., and other companies, with more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. He is never conservative, and while continuously achieving breakthroughs in his career, he has always been committed to innovation in management concepts and business models. He is familiar with the entire business chain from R&D, production, and procurement to sales, and possesses outstanding leadership and rich corporate management experience. His contributions and leadership in the hydrometallurgy industry are widely recognized.
