Mineral Leaching
To address the challenges of high energy consumption and low efficiency in the leaching of complex or refractory ores, we have developed a series of mineral leaching aids and innovative leaching technologies. These solutions help clients significantly improve leaching performance while optimizing overall operational costs.
This product is a surfactant-type copper ore leaching aid that significantly reduces solid-liquid interfacial tension, enhances solution penetration into pore-fissures on ore surfaces, accelerates the transfer of target leachables to the liquid phase, and improves copper ore leaching efficiency. In practical applications, it is mixed with commonly used leaching agent (sulfuric acid solution) through a simple process, without affecting subsequent extraction processes. The product is harmless to humans.
A general-purpose surfactant-type copper leaching aid suitable for industrial mining operations. It enhances leach solution permeability and copper ion transfer, significantly improving leaching yields. Acid-stable and easily blended with sulfuric acid systems, with no impact on downstream processing.
