Previously held an important position at a large state-owned chemical enterprise. He has nearly 35 years of experience in R&D, production, safety and environmental protection, and engineering construction. He has in-depth understanding and rich practical experience in the research and development of phosgene derivatives, mining chemicals, and special functional chemicals, making him a rare versatile talent. He joined Kopperchem in 2010, presided over and completed the construction of the production plant, led the team to complete the research and development of several new process technologies, published more than 10 papers, and obtained 2 invention patents.
