To accelerate the pace of modern enterprise management and ensure the rapid and orderly progress of the company's IMS management system construction, the "Kopperchem IMS Management System Construction Launch Conference" was grandly held in the first-floor meeting room of the Kopperchem Comprehensive Building on October 14, 2020. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Zhang Dongmei, General Manager of the company. Chairman Zou Qian made an overall deployment of the IMS management system construction and announced the company's quality policy of "Quality First, Customer Supreme, Technology-Based, Industry Leading" and occupational health, safety and environmental policy of "Compliance with Laws and Regulations, Scientific Prevention, Employee Focus, Continuous Improvement", establishing a board of directors

Chairman Zou Qian made an overall deployment of the IMS management system construction and announced the company's quality policy of "Quality First, Customer Supreme, Technology-Based, Industry Leading" and occupational health, safety, and environmental policy of "Compliance with Laws and Regulations, Scientific Prevention, Employee Focus, Continuous Improvement." A leading group headed by the chairman was established. Mr. Xu Zhigang, Executive Vice General Manager, clarified and detailed the objectives of the quality, occupational health, safety, and environmental management systems.
