National-level recognition! Kopperchem successfully approved to establish a national-level postdoctoral research workstation

Recently, Kopperchem has been officially approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Postdoctoral Management Committee Office to establish a national-level postdoctoral research workstation. This honor marks a significant breakthrough for Kopperchem in the cultivation of high-end talents and the construction of scientific research and innovation platforms, making it a benchmark enterprise in the deep integration of production, education, and research in the new materials field of Chongqing.
Kopperchem has always implemented the "talents-strong enterprise" strategy, relying on Chongqing's "Millions of Talents Revitalizing Chongqing" action and the "100,000 Talents Gathering in Changshou" talent cultivation plan. It has successively established a municipal-level enterprise technology center, the Xu Zhigang Innovation Studio, the Women's Science and Technology Studio, and other platforms. It has also established in-depth cooperation with universities such as Tsinghua University and Chongqing University, introducing more than 50 high-level talents, including doctors and masters. It has undertaken numerous national, provincial, ministerial, and district-county level scientific research projects, and obtained nearly sixty patents, laying a solid foundation for this approval.
