On May 3, the Changshou Economic and Technological Development Zone organized a 2016 annual labor competition work summary and commendation conference for enterprises in the area, and Kopperchem won the Outstanding Organization Award. For a long time, the company has regarded the labor competition as an important work to promote enterprise development, improve labor productivity, and stimulate employees' innovation. A good atmosphere of striving for excellence and positivity has been formed in the company. In 2017, under the guidance of the superior general union, the trade union committee will explore new ideas and make the labor competition work more colorful.
