The Tsinghua University "Dao Xing Tan Yu" social practice team visited our company for an exchange.

To further promote academic exchange and sharing, and to bring together professional and technical personnel, on February 22, 2024, Zhou You, the full-time deputy secretary of the District Committee's Non-Public Economy Work Committee, Xi Xiaobing, the deputy director of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Lu Chuanbiao, the deputy director of the Economic Development Zone Innovation Service Center, led the Tsinghua University "Guidance and Exploration in Chongqing" social practice team to visit and exchange learning at the Kopperchem Technology Research Institute. Zhang Dongmei, General Manager of Kopperchem, and Xu Zhigang, Executive Deputy General Manager, accompanied the visit.
Zhang Dong, General Manager of Kopperchem Mei extended a warm welcome to the Tsinghua University "Guidance and Exploration in Chongqing" social practice team's visit and led the Tsinghua University undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students on a tour of the Kopperchem Technology Research Institute's exhibition hall and experimental building. Xu Zhigang, Executive Deputy General Manager, introduced the establishment background, development trends, and R&D achievements of the Kopperchem Technology Research Institute to the students, giving them a clear understanding of the company's development history and main business.
At the symposium, General Manager Zhang gave a detailed introduction to Kopperchem's strategic development plan and talent cultivation system, stating that it will further open up resources in various aspects, whether it is internships or the establishment of related projects. She expressed the hope that everyone would gain something from this symposium and exchange, and that in the future, deeper exchanges and cooperation could be developed with Tsinghua students.
Peng Qinhua, a Tsinghua University doctoral graduate and specially appointed technical expert at Kopperchem, stated that Kopperchem, rooted in Chongqing and reaching out to the world, gathers and utilizes top talent from all over the world, employing people without regard to background and providing a good platform and resources for talent. Excellent talent from Tsinghua University will have great opportunities here.
