Changshou District leaders conducted a scientific and technological innovation survey at our company

More than 30 people attended the investigation, including He Yilong, Chairman of the Changshou District CPPCC; Fu Kai, Zheng Yong, Chen Hong, Yang Hualin, and Yuan Xiang, Vice Chairmen of the District CPPCC; Cheng Xue Ming, Deputy Director of the Changshou Economic Development Zone Management Committee; and the main persons in charge of the Changshou District Science and Technology Bureau, Economic and Information Commission, and Changshou Economic Development Zone Innovation Service Center, as well as some CPPCC members of Changshou District. Company Chairman Zou Qian, General Manager Zhang Dongmei, and Executive Vice General Manager Xu Zhigang also accompanied the investigation.
Chairman He visited the company's technology center and R&D laboratory. Chairman Zou gave a detailed introduction of the company's development history, scientific research technology, production and operation, and the planned Kopperchem Technology Research Institute and the 20,000-ton annual production project of special surfactants. Chairman He fully affirmed Kopperchem's achievements in scientific and technological innovation and encouraged the company to leverage its technological advantages, continuously improve the core competitiveness of its products, and achieve faster and greater development.
During the visit, Chairman He paid special attention to the company's measures in attracting and cultivating talent and had a cordial conversation with the company's technical experts, carefully listening to their needs. He stated that deepening scientific and technological innovation requires talent as the foundation. Accelerating the attraction and gathering of high-level scientific research personnel and strengthening the leading role of enterprises in innovation can enable a closer integration of science and technology with industry, allowing the achievements of scientific and technological innovation to better serve development. Relevant government departments should actively implement various talent policies and effectively help enterprises solve problems.

In the process of deep integration between manufacturing and scientific and technological innovation, enterprises play an extremely important role.
