The project covers an area of approximately 6,300 square meters; purchase reaction kettles, distillation columns, vacuum systems, pumps and tanks, and other related equipment; expand water, electricity, gas, and sewage public utilities; construct one intelligent preparation production line, forming an annual preparation capacity of 20,000 tons of special surfactants.
