Recently, the Chongqing Municipal Federation of Trade Unions issued the "Notice on the Results of the Creation of Model Workers' (Small) Homes at the Municipal Level." Our company's administrative department trade union group was honored with the title of "Model Workers' Small Home" in Chongqing. In recent years, under the leadership of the company's trade union committee, the administrative department trade union group has worked hard to build a "harmonious home, democratic home, cultural home, and warm home," achieving good results. Actively assisting the company's trade union and various departments in regularly carrying out competitions such as "Safety Month," "Job Training," and "Knowledge Contests." We actively assisted the company's trade union and various departments in regularly holding competitions such as "Safety Month," "Job Training," and "Knowledge Contests." At the same time, we organized various cultural and sports activities such as badminton and table tennis. This has improved employees' cultural quality, enriched their spare time, and enhanced their cohesion and centripetal force.
We adhere to the implementation of open factory affairs. The trade union group attaches great importance to democratic management, widely soliciting employee opinions on major decisions affecting their vital interests, and continuously promoting the democratization of the company's trade union.
