  To enhance the professional skills and quality of company employees, provide a platform for mutual learning, exchange, and showcasing of operational skills, and simultaneously inspire the dedication and professionalism of departmental employees, in accordance with the requirements of the "Labor Competition Implementation Plan" formulated by the company's trade union at the beginning of the year, our company's production department successfully held a skill operation competition on December 26th and 27th, 2017.
  To ensure the fairness of this competition, the scoring standards were strictly evaluated item by item according to the pre-prepared "Skill Operation Assessment and Evaluation Form"; to ensure the success of this practical skills competition, a detailed and unified competition plan and "Skill Operation Assessment and Evaluation Form" were prepared in advance. The competition used a "practical operation + questioning" method, assessing participants in five aspects: preparation work, practical operation, inspection of operation results (or quality), site cleanup, and questioning. Correct operation, standard attire, safe operation, and a clean worksite were required.
  During the competition, the judges carefully observed the operation of each participating employee. After the competition, they carefully scored each item according to the scoring rules, and finally selected 3 first-place winners, 4 second-place winners, and 5 third-place winners.
  The holding of this skills competition helped improve employee competitiveness, enhance employee business skills, and inspire employees' enthusiasm for learning business skills, achieving the goal of "promoting learning, training, and work through competition".
