Job Responsibilities
1. Master technical specifications of company products (mineral flotation reagents).
2. Research, analyze, and track global market intelligence to identify potential clients.
3. Interpret and develop customer requirements effectively.
4. Promote mineral flotation reagents worldwide. Drive overseas business development, coordinate industrialization trials with R&D, and achieve sales targets.5.
5. Lead commercial negotiations and cultivate long-term client partnerships.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree and above in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, Mineral Processing, Metallurgy or related majors. Exceptional candidates may negotiate qualifications.
2. Preferred: 2+ years sales experience in mineral processing chemicals/reagents.
3. Working knowledge of chemical/mineral processing fundamentals. Proven sales/marketing competency.
4. Strong communicator and networker. Team-oriented with resilience and work ethic.
5. Fluent business English (written/spoken). Advantageous: Spanish/Russian/Arabic proficiency.
6. Willingness for extended international travel.
