Responsibilities
Lead overall process design and planning for hydrometallurgy extraction lines, drive process optimization and innovation.
Participate in equipment selection, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
Manage production, safety, and environmental protection for extraction lines.
Build and train production and technical teams.
Provide technical support to company leadership and departments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, hydrometallurgy, nonferrous metallurgy, or related fields; intermediate or senior professional title preferred.
Expertise in extraction, leaching, electrolysis, and recovery of rare earths, copper, cobalt, nickel, lithium, etc., with equipment knowledge.
5+ years of hydrometallurgy process design and product development experience; 3+ years of project/production management. At least 3 major
extraction line projects as lead designer.
Strong writing skills; proficiency in OFFICE, CAD, and English for international technical communication.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and team management under high pressure.
