Responsibilities
Assist engineers in designing and optimizing solvent extraction experiments.
Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports/documentation.
Conduct partial experimental operations to ensure accuracy and reproducibility of results.
Participate in on-site customer experiment commissioning, supporting parameter optimization and process improvement.
Maintain laboratory equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry, organic chemistry, applied chemistry, fine chemicals, pharmaceutical engineering, or related fields.
Proficiency in chemical laboratory operations and basic data analysis skills (familiarity with ICP-OES, GC-MS, LC-MS, NMR, etc., is preferred).
Prior experience in organic synthesis or solvent extraction is preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and learning abilities; willingness to travel for short-term assignments.
English proficiency as a working language.
