Responsibilities

Design and optimize solvent extraction processes, formulate experimental plans.
Analyze experimental data, prepare technical reports, and apply for patents.
Guide technicians and assistant engineers to enhance team capabilities.
Participate in on-site customer commissioning, providing technical support.
Ensure laboratory safety and efficient operations.
Requirements
Master's degree in chemistry, organic chemistry, applied chemistry, fine chemicals, or pharmaceutical engineering.
Experience in mining, metallurgy, new energy, chemical, or environmental protection industries; proficiency in ICP-OES, GC-MS, LC-MS, NMR, etc.
Experience in organic synthesis or solvent extraction is preferred.
Strong team management, project execution, and learning abilities; willing to travel short-term.
English proficiency as a working language.
