Maintain daily communication and relationships with industry enterprises.

Build and manage the business development team, providing training to enhance capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in hydrometallurgy, chemical engineering, new energy, materials, marketing, or related fields.
5+ years of investment or sales experience, with background in hydrometallurgy, resource recovery, or hazardous waste treatment preferred.
Core competencies: excellent communication, relationship management, industry knowledge, stress tolerance, and adaptability to frequent travel.
