Responsibilities
Design and optimize organic synthesis routes.
Lead process scaling from lab to pilot plant.
Collaborate with QC to control project quality.
Prepare process specifications, technical reports, and patent documents.
Manage daily laboratory operations.
Requirements
Master's degree in organic chemistry, applied chemistry, or related fields.
Proficiency in organic synthesis and purification techniques.
Kilogram-scale synthesis or pilot plant scaling experience is preferred.
Basic ability to interpret HPLC/GC/MS/NMR spectra.
Strong English literature search and analysis skills.
Team leadership and collaboration abilities.
Proficiency in office and chemical synthesis software.
