Responsibilities
Manage warehouse inbound/outbound operations and inventory control in compliance with material management regulations.
Timely, complete, and accurate entry of material transactions into the company system.
Establish files for new materials, collect and transfer equipment documentation, and complete acceptance records.
Perform daily tasks including material shelving, display, replenishment, and loss prevention.
Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas and inspect fire-fighting equipment.
Ensure clear accounting, marked materials, and consistency between records and physical inventory.
Scientifically plan warehouse storage and propose optimization solutions to maximize space utilization.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
3+ years of hardware warehouse management experience.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and U8 accounting software.
Meticulous, responsible, and strong execution ability.
Forklift operation experience is preferred.
