Responsibilities
Optimize production processes and drive technological upgrades for energy conservation, emission reduction, and cost reduction.
Lead trial production and mass production conversion of new products and processes.
Develop and optimize process parameters, technical documents, and on-site SOPs.
Train and guide production staff on process flows and operations.
Collaborate with workshop supervisors on equipment renovation and engineering projects.
Assist in process safety management tasks such as change management and process hazard analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, applied chemistry, or related fields.
3+ years of frontline chemical production management experience; familiarity with full-process chemical production, workshop management, and
Chemical engineering construction (Master's degree requires 1+ year of relevant experience).
