Responsibilities

Master the characteristics of the company's surfactant products.

Collect, analyze, and track market information to identify potential clients.

Understand and develop customer needs effectively.

Promote surfactant products, execute business development, collaborate with R&D for industrial experiments, and achieve sales targets.

Conduct business negotiations and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, marketing, etc. (science/engineering background preferred).

2+ years of sales experience in specialty auxiliaries or surfactants.

Basic chemical knowledge; sales experience and familiarity with marketing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; teamwork spirit and stress tolerance.

Willing to travel.
