Responsibilities

1. Lead sales and promotion of the company's copper metal extractants in overseas markets; develop and execute customized regional sales strategies to achieve targets and enhance market share.

2. Proactively acquire new overseas clients; understand unique needs across different countries/regions and provide professional, tailored extraction solutions; maintain long-term partnerships.

3. Monitor overseas market trends; collect and analyze competitors' product information and strategies to support data-driven competitive strategies.

4. Collaborate with R&D and production teams to relay market feedback, driving product improvement and ensuring alignment with overseas demands.

5. Participate in international industry exhibitions and seminars to enhance brand awareness.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in chemistry; in-depth knowledge of copper extractants and their applications.

2. 2+ years of overseas sales experience (preferred in chemical products); familiarity with overseas sales channels and operations.

3. Excellent English proficiency (written/spoken) for business communication; proficiency in other languages (Spanish, Russian, Arabic, etc.) is a plus; willing to travel overseas long-term.

4. Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills; ability to work independently across diverse cultural contexts.

5. Robust market analysis and adaptability; keen insight into overseas market dynamics.
