He has 35 years of experience in R&D, manufacture, safety and environmental protection, and engineering construction. Besides, He is such a compound talent who has rich practical experience in the R&D of phosgenation derivatives, mining chemicals, and special functional chemicals. He joined us in 2010, at that time, he was responsible for the construction of the production factory, and took the lead in new technology R&D, published more than 10 papers and obtained 2 invention patents.
